Same boat man. I'm in law school and some of the people's claims here are laughable, although this outage was different in that they had plenty of notice it was coming. I bet it wouldn't be difficult to prove they we're so immersed in the hack that was releasing documents to the public that they lacked due diligence in protecting Psn. And since Psn is now a pay service like live they have a contractual obligation to do everything in their power to prevent outages, and remedy problems asap regardless of cost. Lawsuits are too expensive for people to take up a cause usually, but the upcoming generation of gamers who decide to go to law school and are bored easily could make things hard on big businesses.
