Will you be re-leveling your exotics?
I only have two exotics maxed out. The last word and the symbiote helmet for hunter. The rest of my exotics are no way near close to being maxed out. Leave a comment saying if you'll be re-leveling your exotics and why. I want to find out of its worth me re-leving the last word. Currently I don't think I should since it leans heavily towards the pvp side and there is no level advantages unless iron banner comes back for the third time and I don't know what to do about the helmet.

Yes I will...since I only have a few maxed out(weapon wise), now my exotic armor I have a couple maxed out...but it won't take long to max them out again

1 ReplyIn preparation of future raids, I have started looking at what exotics I have and what ones will be reset. There are some no brainers such as; the invective, universal remote, bad juju, and any duplicates. My exotics are going to the vault if they make the cut and I will not level them further until I can upgrade them. The "extras" will be dismantled. I must be a genius Destiny player, because even though my skill trees are maxed on the armor I wear the most, 99% of them (including legendaries) never get maxed. This saved me some anger on losing resources with the newest announcement. The few armors I will clearly keep will be the "spawn more orbs" or "revive faster" types. Hopefully when they get rerolled they keep at least that aspect. Of course, this is based on the assumptions of operating with a vault that is the same size as the current one.

Congrats! Altough I have almost all exotics (and also all fully lvld up) you start at the same point like me when it comes to upgrade. Yet I spent tons of hours, dedication and effort more than you. What a nice system! #sarcasm

4 RepliesIf you use it a lot. Reset it. It will be worth it. Imagine the damage a lvl 32 gjallarhorn will do against atheon.

Depends if the upgrade is a drastic change really.. don't wanna have to redo it again when House of Wolves raises the attack again...

Defiantly my icebreaker and g-horn I don't really use any other exotics and I don't care too much for the armor one way or another

yes for sure I will upgrade not all of them like plan I have hawkmoon and thorn completely maxed now and I will probably only choose 1 to upgrade but the ones I have not got around to upgrading yet I probably will because why not it's not gonna hurt anything I just hope the first weapons xur will have available to modify are not fusion like plan c or pocket infinity I am not a fan of fusion rifles.
