What's a legit level 30 you ask? A legit level 30 is someone who didn't have multiple characters of the same type ( 3 warlocks, 2 Titans...whatever the case may be).
Currently I have a level 30 titan and warlock, and a lvl 9 hunter with tons of hunter gear to start doing raids soon after he hits 20. I'm just curious if anyone else has done this. I've seen a few with a level 30 of each, but they started out 3 of the same, then 2 of the same, and then the last one.
Not saying anyone who got 30 this way is less skilled, maybe they're smarter than me for getting better odds for loot drops.
Edit 1: this is my opinion
Edit 2: interesting that most people seem o agree with my post, those that don't all have multiple characters.
Edit 3: you can't deny using multiples characters isn't the cheesy way of doing it. No different than pushing atheon
Edit 4: ^^^since most can't read edit 1 for some reason...this is my opinion. If you share it, great. If not, cool.

Yeah I'm with you on that. I don't care if people do it but a lvl 30 has to have his own set of armor.

Edited by straya m8: 11/28/2014 12:10:25 PMI started with a hunter then made 2 lol but didn't even do raid on my other hunter so doesn't really count I did do the hard raid for the helmet but I don't use it anyway lol

30 is a 30

I hit 30 will all classes last week! I started as a hunter and got him to level 29 And got bored... started up a warlock and got him to 30 within 2 weeks... along with my warlock I started a titan and also got lucky and got him to 30... my original hunter finally hit 30 with iron banner
-
I finally have the gear to be legit 30 on all characters! The raid was good to me this week, I received everything on my wish list 😁
-
I had a hunter but honestly i didnt like using a hunter. So i made another titan then deleted him and made another warlock. I guess im not a true level 30 yet.
-
I have all my 3 30s "legit". Only ever made one character for each class. Just got lucky I guess!
-
2 Replies30 = 30 Nothing more. Nothing less.
-
Not that it matters, I created one of each type. Never have I had more than one of the same class.
-
I had 30 of them all but prefer the hunter got the trophy erase them in made 2 more hunters
-
4 RepliesHmm a legit 30 would seem to be.... ANYONE WHO IS 30! Don't think too hard on that, your elitist brain may just catch fire.
-
I have all 3 @ 30, never rerolled a character or made multiple copies.
-
I started with 2 warlocks then did my hunter and Titan the same way now there all 30

Took me about a month or more to get all characters to 30 without using duplicate characters.

Edited by Waevsz: 11/28/2014 3:14:35 AMYeah I have a friend that has all level 30s this way. But I also never had good luck in raid drops. Didn't get a peice of armor after doing the raid 3 times a week for 5 weeks. The reason I did it was because the first person to get to level 30 did it this way and I thought it was a pretty smart idea. I had super shit luck with the raid but now I have everything you can get from it and I deleted a warlock to make a hunter and once I get him raidable I'm gonna make a titan and just keep it like that.
-
Three characters at thirty, never had a duplicate :)
-
Got 2 legit 30s. Hunter and titan. Warlock isn't very fun so I only got him to 27.
-
1 ReplyLook man I agree with you it's kinda cheesy but some people don't have the time to do that I've put almost a hundred hours in and I'm still only almost a lvl 30 and I don't think I'm a bad player I think having multiple characters of the same is just useful for those who only want one class
-
Check mines out. Every time I do the hard raid with my hunter, I'm always contemplating deleting it and creating another warlock. Might save my hunter gear, just incase I want to revert back..
-
6 RepliesEh.. you only have 15 completions on the raid. You upgraded every single peice of raid gear you got despite the stats. I'd take a lvl 29 with good stats / exp over a 30 every single time. Stats do make a difference btw, and will be MUCH more important next raid.

2 RepliesI had a hunter, then I made a warlock and Titan and levelled them all up together and now I have 3 30s without ever having 2 of the same class.
-
1 ReplyNope!!!!! Your hunter is lv 9 you lier!!!!!!!
-
Woooo I'm a legit level 30. :D
stick that in your pie hole iron faggers
1 ReplyI did this got lvl 30 on all 3 last week. Not that I wouldn't have done it the other way; I just didn't think of it until after I had all 3. It does sound like the other way is a lot of grinding to 20.
