Well it sucks to be you guys who expect an amazing story driven game in a shared world experience that already has a lot to do. I'm sorry my friends but to juggle an epic story with brilliant gameplay mechanics whilst making it an open world shared between players is far too ambitious if not impossible for various reasons and destiny has never promised this. I played the beta and knew exactly what i was getting and was not deluded into thinking i can jump into my ship and go where ever i want in a huge universe between various planets and solar systems whilst doing epic missions that unfold a mesmerising story as i play with other people in the world. This is not no mans sky and even that will never pay the attention to detail that makes destiny such a beautiful game to play. Not gonna happen at least until destiny 3. So by you and others complaining about a lack of story makes no sense unless you have just started playing games in the last 5 years or expect far more than you should and if the latter is the case then i recommend you play fallout 3 or oblivion which has an abundance of content and a fantastic story line but be warned the gameplay will not be anything as polished as Destiny. You might as well play zelda a link to the past. I'm not saying the game is perfect but it is amazing and a great foundation to start something very special that no other game can do. The possibilities are endless. I hope bungie does the right thing to shut u moaners up for good and hopefully by then most of you idiots will be playing cod advanced retard fare.

The quality of the story we received really concerns me. How is it that Halo 1 has a more cohesive story? I mean this is a triple A game that was released in 2014, shouldn't the story in Destiny be better than something that came out over 10 years ago? And I get it guys, the ten year plan and all, but you do realize any story we get from here on out will probably be in add on form? As in paid add ons that cost half of what we paid for the main game. If that was the best story the $60 main game could muster what will the quality of the add ons be? I get that Destiny is fun, but come one guys this isn't just something we should just brush under the carpet

I'm mostly a offline gamer and I like destiny but I have never seen a bunch of bigger whiners an ungrateful little sob's in my life. And I'm not talking about tech issues ie getting dropped stuff like that. They deserve everything just handed to them oh and they don't want to pay for it wtf just wow . I for one want to think thank Bungie and I know you're working hard on fixes and added content. Other than people getting dropped you have an excellent core for the game world and everything solid. So many cry babies, always complaining about something. Just shut up and play the game, if you suck then o well, go play candy crush.

First off, love the game. I think it's great that an mmo style game came out on console and is huge. I think this will lead others into making games that were for so long hidden to console gamers. Me and many other people I talked to feel like the bosses need to be more about strategy than the bosses just having insanely damaging attack though. Vault of Glass turned out well and I have my hopes set really high for future raids. The strike bosses though are not good. Almost all of them requires people to shoot the boss and either hide or dodge his shots. It can be very frustrating that a player gets killed by a few hits from the boss and wipe. Often players didn't do anything wrong, maybe a bit careless but it is a bit of luck sometimes. I think people should be able to succeed if they use the correct strategy most of the time. That strategy should not just be stay back and hide where the boss can't hit you. It makes it easy to beat but where's the fun? That being said I also think there should be level 28 and 30 strike missions even if the loot drop isn't much better. Personally, my reward is having a good time beating a challenge with my friends. It should only be available, atleast with matchmaking, to player who are the level of the strike. That way randoms won't hinder a team because they are not prepared for it and are looking to be carried through. If your in a match with just you and your friends, it wouldn't be a big deal if they wanted to work together and beat the level 30 raid as 29s. Now the classes. Sunsinger and defender clearly have their places in raids. Bladedancer has clearly has its place in PvP. All the classes have something at least and nothing is terrible. PvP is fairly balanced but I don't play it much so I won't say anything. The gunslinger needs to get a buff in raids. Warlords revive themselves. Titans guard their teammates. Hunters one shot 3-4 Oracle's? Oh! Maybe I can take out a single praetorian for the group a few seconds quicker! Umm ok... Basically any set of players with the right gear can take out Oracle's or a few mobs pretty quick. So why have someone hindering your raid group by not providing anything for the team. That's it. Everyone who has the time to make one character and chose the Hunter and put in the time to get good gear aren't sought after? This needs a fix. Nearly all big time mmo games have the "Holy Trinity", a tank to take damage(titan), a healer(warlock), and a damage dealer(Hunter maybe?). While this isn't really the same here warlock and titan do both have aspects that resemble their respective roles. Somehow buffing the Hunter would put him in line with other classes and I think the Holy Trinity is the way to go. Golden gun needs a buff, no doubt. A sniper rifle will do the same damage and has the same fire rate, just a little more difficult to aim. In raiding, mobs won't always allow easy kills to provide Chain of Woe or Gunslingers Trance. There goes the last helpful aspect of hunters. I'm not dlsure how this could be ficlxed exactly. Possibly a small buff to damage or general weapon handling speed(reload and ADS time), or more ammo found. Something like that would put us imback in line. As for all the complaining about only being able to get high level loot once a week, that's all we need. RNG has its place too. If people get a legendary every strike, exotic every time they raid, within a week there will be a HUGE number of people who have exhausted the entire games content. There will be NO reward for beating a challenge( which isn't as challenging as it was designed to be). People will quit. The game will crash and burn. Aside from minor tweaks and things leave it the way it is. Overall, Destiny is a great game. I put in quite a bit of time putting this together so I hope this helps make the game just a little bit better. Thanks for reading

No offense to you deej or any other devs but no one really cares about any of this stuff at the moment. We are all waiting on 1.0.2 to come out and 80% of people, including myself, aren't even going to play until it releases. Please get on it, release 1.0.2 and everyone will care about this stuff again. Untill then I'm playing other games because as it stands I have no use in playing destiny until 1.0.2.

Really , really this is your response to a million complaints and problems , by posting youtube videos to watch some one else play the game you don't think we can figure this game out . We found the cave and what did you do shut it down , queens rewards shut down oh but watch this kid play he plays like we want you to ummmm . And who thought to call the speeder a sparrow . Oh let's jump on our sparrows and ride about and maybe when some enemies show up we can blade dance around them like fairies !

The part where he talks about dancing around me in pvp is a thing that has really been bugging me lately. Anyone using the right tactics will do well. However, being a titan doesn't feel like a titan. I've never felt like "I'm a titan. I NEED that extra armor and dmg resistance, shoot me with a shotgun and you better have a full mag". A titan is relegated to using the same tactics as titans and warlocks. Unhappy with that. . .

Bungie hasn't betrayed anyone and clearly have no intention too therefore you all need to learn patience or simply leave the community. Destiny promises the ultimate experience on the Playstation 4 and the number of PS4 owners continues to rise. I'm looking forward to the innovative work of Bungie :)

Trying to distract people from being pissed off with this silly post or something. Its like pouring gasoline on a sunsingers grenade ;) . So when does the full game come out? I'm bored grinding the demo.

I don't mean to bash any of you. Honestly tho, with all due respect, to me it doesn't seem like many of you are preparing for the future in this game.. You can continue to boost up your rank in the few factions, vanguard & crucible (who knows what new stuff at higher levels will come out in the future, don't you wanna work on that now? to set yourself up for future gaming?) You can also be grinding out strikes and other playlist to obtain materials (which you will need many in the future) & grabbing gear for future chars. as well... I really don't get why so many are complaining about, "Destiny doesn't offer you enough things to do." It has many options for you, & it hasn't even been out for a month. Please, sit back, chill & give Bungie a chance to make something great for us that we will continue to enjoy for years to come. On another note, I'm seeing more and more level 29's complaining... Do some strategic gaming... Why did you rank up to 29 and waste precious material on items that wont get you to the max level of 30? Whats the purpose in being stuck at lvl 29 when at lvl 27 you can fly through the RAID with ease (considering you have a team who knows what to do). Save your shards and work on getting other chars. to level 27 so you can do multiple RAIDS in a week for more materials & chance of gear.

This game is supposed to last 10 years right? Who is going to play this game for 10 years when games like shadow of mordor, NBA 2k15, alien invasion are coming out? These destiny youtubers are already putting out new loot caves so these noobs can get to level 20 in less than 3 hours? This game is DESTINED to fail. Putting out 35 dollar dlc ain't help either.

I am still wondering why the content of this guy's videos are not IN GAME. It's like Bungie designed the game with holes not just in plot but in Instruction so the community would pick up the slack and people like this would get YouTube hits. It's just like Forza 2 forcing you to buy cars not as they are from factory, but with folks liveries on them!

DeeJ, While I, like many in the community, have some issue I would like to see addressed (NetCode!!), I thoroughly enjoy the world you all have created for us to explore, and it seems plain to me that you all actively incorporate and react to community feedback - recent announcements provide objective evidence to that point. I am eager to see what new mysteries are revealed as the world of Destiny evolves (can't wait for more story expansion). More to point, as a reflection on this "Community Focus" post, kudos my friend! I believe that within our community here, as within all societal/cultural settings, it is both needed and encouraging to see people being recognized for their contributions.
