Hey Bungie, what if you awarded guardians for playing the game. Like give a players guardian an emblem or ship or even weapons and gear for having a certain amount of game time on a character. Like maybe 5 days of play time gives you a class item, 2 days gives you an emblem, or 10 full days of play time gives you an exotic weapon (maybe called "the circle of life") that shoots your life away.

38 RepliesI think you should add another tier of weapons and gear in the game. Things such as exotics are becoming easier to find through events and patches which I think is belittling the achievement of getting one. It should take hours of gameplay, hard work, and dedication. Have you ever tried to catch a shiny Pokemon? It's nearly impossible to try, it just happens by chance but becomes more likely the longer you play and grind you character. I feel you should implement a Mythical weapon and gear tier that plays upon these same principles and drop at ridiculously low rates. You earn it through dedication to the game, not through a mission or the crucible. The more unique players are from other people in the game the more enriching the experience, it will push others to play more often with that little hope that that red mythical engram they've only heard rumors about will drop at their feet amongst the millions of dead fallen that lay along the battlefield. I love this game and commend the exceptional talent Bungee has at making a giant leap forward for console MMOs. You all are heros in my mind and people will constantly try to bring you down by trying to improve on your formulas. Don't let them bring you down, continue being badasses at what you do best and blow us away with every update and dlc.

Such as, There are currently 8,985,765 Guardians fighting the darkness, then under that have 4,567,543 are Noble Warlocks, 2,657,365 Are Heroic Titans, 1,876,567 are Sniping Hunter, Just a little idea to boost the massive feeling of community while playing destiny, just to see wow look how many fellow guardians are playing and how many are playing as different classes, Even if it was displayed whilst on the tower and/or in orbit whilst waiting to join a fireteam or mission. And please don't have the universal remote as a weapon to buy from Xur. I love the idea of making exotic weapons available to buy but it kind of takes away from the whole feeling of accomplishment that I earn't this weapon is didn't just buy it in the tower with some strange coins.
