Am I the only frequent CE PC player left here?
I mean come on. This is Halo 1. It's still alive. I play custom edition though since I mod too although i'm rubbish at modding. I think the CE PC and custom edition servers are the same though. More people play custom edition anyway.
CE's fun, I thought more people would be playing it frequently besides me...

2 RepliesI play it all the time, though I don't get on Custom Edition very often. The only thing I don't like about the PC version is all the "xXxsupersniperzXXx" servers. The same BG map with the same teleporters with the same projectile swap that's been on the server list for years. I'm all for mods, but it is an absolute terror to play on. I wish people would just play a regular match sometimes.

I assume that custom edition is for PC only. My PC can't even run this site well, that why I'm on my phone.

2 RepliesI still play it maybe once a week if I'm on the computer and bored, maybe a couples games. Love Death Island. I usually just troll teammates though or t-bag and/or vehicle camp since the lag is so bad. I'm also mediocre at best with a keyboard.

I stopped playing because quite frankly, I dislike Blood Gulch. It seemed to be the only map people ever wanted to play on. Just a bunch of mess around games. If I knew people that were down for some 2v2 to 4v4 ctf or koth on Rat Race, Wizard, Battle Creek, and Chill Out I'd probably play it all the time. I played with a controller though which puts me at a disadvantage against keyboard savvy folks.

I didn't realize this was an old thread when I started to reply but I'm going to go ahead and leave a response anyway. I play Custom Edition just about every day, I'm also open to playing Vanilla PC but I would much rather stick to Custom. CE is extremely awesome. I've got a group of friends I play with occasionally (3v3 matches on some of the smaller maps), but being in Australia makes it hard to play online these days.

It's too laggy. Every server seems to have a constant delay.

I used to use it frequently until the rp community died and spanish people invaded. No offense but there is ALOT of hispanics on the servers.

Granted you may have been playing CE PC version for quite some time, but have you [i]really[/i] been [i]here[/i] on [i]these[/i] forums long enough to say you're the only frequent PC player left? OT: Meh, I kind of lost interest in it since I'm not really able to use keyboards for gaming, it just doesn't feel right to me. I understand you can use a controller for it, but that takes away the aspect of PC for me. Not to mention you can always tell who's using a controller and who isn't considering I'm always dead last or target practice for the people who are good.
