Atheist - Theist - Agnostic ?

I reject the title 'atheist' because defining me by things that I do not believe in, would require a long list of nouns and so I think it to be wrong that when it comes to religion we suddenly do that.

I guess you could say I am an agnostic. Maybe there is a divine creator or creators out there. Maybe we were made by a race of highly advanced extraterrestrials. Maybe we were just made when the properties of life arrived on a primordial Earth from meteors. That said, if I do have any god, it is science.

3 RepliesAtheist and Agnosticism are one and the same. Theism is active belief in a God or a religion. Atheism is lack of active belief. Agnosticism is "Oh I don't know if there's a God or not and I don't know which religion is correct so therefore I'll just check N/A." But since you don't have active belief in any religion you are also an atheist. So one is therefore atheist if he is agnostic. I'll just ignore you calling someone's belief ignorant.
