Hi there. With a recent update to partner rewards, the refresh button was intentionally removed as Twitch will now automatically continuously check for rewards being delivered to connected accounts. If you are not seeing what you're looking for on the list of your partner rewards and in-game, then first double-check your linked Twitch account matches the account you have claimed the rewards on Twitch. If they're the same, please contact Twitch Support for help.
