Hello everyone, today i tried to login after reset and can‘t login and it says i am banned. On 04.01.2026 i bought a service from [REDACTED] to get a „booster“ which plays on my account to do a flawless 7-0 passage on trials of osiris with an extra 7 wins, because i am bad in PvP and it was cheap to be for real. I saw an add on reddit and thought that would be my possibility to get to the lighthouse and grab some good loot i won‘t get without it. After i saw the login message i followed the link to the ban page and saw that services like that are not allowed and are againt terms of use. I did not know that before reading it on the ban help page. After i looked up the trials of osiris matches the booster played, i saw an unlikey k/d ration and think they cheated, because mine would be that high. I am very sorry, for the players, which played against the booster with my account. As i understand now, that first of all buying a boosting service was not the right thing to do, i feel very bad for the other gamers and regret my decision. I tried to fill out a ban appeal, but i am stuck in a login loop, which i read here was done manually on my account to suspend me. I did not know, that the booster would cheat. I am sorry. If needed i could provide screenshots of the cost of that service, login data of the said booster and a receipt i got. I would like to do a ban appeal and try to get a chance to explain myself, even if the possibility to get unbanned is near zero. I know that you probably hear it very often, that the banned users are sorry, mistakingly banned or whatever. Just want to be honest to you, to be heared and maybe get second chance from you.
