I'll just say it here while I can...
the +3 thing is one of, if not THE most useless feature of the game!
it could've been another +10, hell, it could've even been a simple +5, but nooooo!
instead we this insignificant +3, for the ppl who can't stand odd numbers...
just wanted to get this one out of my chest...ty :)

Even with the +5 or +10 on this maximum 62 stat on new exotics which could be 65 or 70 but no… the total of 62+10 would still be max 72. Old exotic armor was max 70 so +3 made it 73.
