There's definitely still issues.
Not just on perks. It's been three months for me waiting for a bond to drop at 2010. I have everything else....but never any bonds.

Take a break or play on a other character and I swear it will pop up in a bit. I am 100% sure that your RNG depends on hours you play. The more, the worse.

I think you're misunderstanding them. They literally told you how to get a pinnacle bond. Dual destiny, upon completion for the first time each week, gives you the underpowered class item and then also gives you a pinnacle power one as well for the weekly pinnacle.

Based off your game history, you haven't. It also wouldn't make sense, seeing as how if you're doing it on your warlock, it's literally guaranteed to be a pinnacle bond.

I got a helmet, linear fusion and fusion rifles.

Dual destiny is the duo activity for the exotic class item. Duality is a dungeon. They’re different.

The only things you did in the pale heart last Tuesday were patrol and excision. So yeah, you didn't do dual destiny, and that's why you didn't get one.
