I bought the extended edition of destiny 2 (the one with the new light and witch dungeons) and the game keeps telling me I don’t have the keys. I go to the lady to get my key and it’s 2000 silver. Reluctantly, bought the 2000 silver, and then purchased the key. The key is nowhere to be found in my inventory, and I can’t start the first mission to the expansion because it still doesn’t recognize my purchase. It would be nice to play the expansions I bought. If I’m doing something wrong, please help me figure this out.

NO versions of Destiny 2 available on a platform store like Steam or XBox Live, that come with the Witch Queen or Lightfall dungeon keys. These are Eververse exclusives. I can see that you own Forsaken, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, Witch Queen and Lightfall, and Witch Queen's Dungeon Key. That leads me to believe you bought the Legacy Collection. This does not come with any dungeon keys, and it does not come with The Final Shape - which expansion first mission are you trying to play? Note that the dungeon 'key' is not an inventory item. Speak to Hawthorne at the Tower to pick up a quest to give access to the Duality dungeon, and Ikora for access to the Spire of the Watcher dungeon.
