buff super tracking in pvp or remove it from game coz its useless compared to other shutdown supers

But.. but then who will be my well?... Seriously though, I do agree. I have quite literally stood still shooting at a warlock in PvP and he clearly dead center aims at me, launches the strand super aaaanddd... somehow utterly missed on every shot. I shot this said warlock and afterward felt really bad for winning the duel.
