Being honest and open
Bungie being honest and open rather then sugarcoating would be wise and could make a lot of people respect you more and maybe bring them back in saying you can’t do certain things is better then lieing that you can as people will respect honesty just my take I think you should be honest about what goes on behind the scenes currently.
