BETTER ACTION AGAINST TOXIC PLAYERS
Why is it necessary for people to ruin an already troubled game? If you don't want to run the Vanguard ops or play with other please don't ruin it for everyone else. BUNGIE NEEDS TO BAN or at least punish these people for sword killing teammates in strikes for no reason and going AFK long enough to not contribute anything and get the clear. More action needs to be taken or clarification of action taken for the people getting screwed over. This games toxicity is at such an all time high its hard to have fun in any area of the game.

1 ReplyPhysics based damage will no longer kill you very soon. You'll still have to watch ledges that go out of bounds, but until then, just counter troll the trolls. Don't contribute to the strike, don't revive them if they go down, etc. You can frustrate people just as easily as they can frustrate you.

they need to ban all campers in pvp if ya dont move for 2 second perma ban, we dont need kid touching gameplay to ruin our pvpv games

4 RepliesAre you seriously this titled over the strike playlist? The easiest and most meaningless form of content that’s beaten only by patrols? First of all they’re changing the collision and physics come LF so teammate killing will be alleviated to a degree. Second of all people going AFK is hardly a problem and Bungie has specific timers set in place to kick AFK players to orbit so if they aren’t being kicked then it’s clearly not an issue in Bungie’s eyes. Also going AFK isn’t even remotely toxic. Lastly it’s the strike playlist, don’t take it so seriously, champ.

2 RepliesYou can already find two other players that you know and play with them. You are not being forced to play with randoms. Your request to "ban people for being AFK and killing me" is unreasonable. There isn't any good way to check the reports. Maybe Bungie could implement a player rating that represents how toxic you are? You would only match with players who have a similar rating

Just report people constantly sword killing you for griefing, and move on. Dwelling on it certainly helps no-one. Especially not yourself.

or it could be looked at another way. if it bothers you so much playing with randoms, make a team of like minded players and profit. strikes are too easy and a snoozefest of repetition. without their contribution clearing the activity should still be a breeze.

Honestly never ran into this problem. Plus if I did I would enjoy having afk players in strikes, it makes easier to get all my bounties done at once for next season. Also if someone kills me with a sword then it’s on 😤 I’ll just kill them back 😂 not because I’m mad but because it’s fun then I’ll tbag them out of solidarity 😂 then off to the next strike.

I agree kinda, afk in strikes is not a problem especially if your getting filler bounties done for next season, so afkers make is easier, if no afkers are in the strike I just go to the nearest lost sector, but next season I'll be speed running those strikes, I don't have time so do waste my time, architect is nerfed next season so it will be harder to kill each other, pve toxicity is not that high at all I do believe you are over exaggerating bit, now if you said toxicity and pvp, yes obviously there is.
