Look, when people say "You only hate sbmm because you can't face noobs" don't understand what we are asking for. We don't want to face 0.3 Kds all the time that's boring to us. But we don't want to only face pro players all the time as well, that's annoying to face all the time. We would like to have different games each time we play more memorable then the last, allowing us to party with our friends without punishments, to use non meta weapons without punishments, i'm a 1.34 i was a 1.69 i should not be matching people at 2x that level all the time and get nothing for it in the proses, it's not fair to me and it's not far to them because i know for a fact that when i lose to them that means their next match is going to be God awful for them and my next match is going to be somewhat better. it feels like a punishment just to get better so what is the point to even play pvp. And that's what we mean the game just feels boring and made to get under your skin when you add a system like this in quick play. Low skilled players don't need to be protected they need to be in with us to then they to can get better at the game they like to play and if low skilled players leave the game that just means you didn't make a good enough game that would entice them to keep play win or lose. So stop this the you want to beat on low skilled players stuff because at some point we all was crap at the game and had to get our stripes through hard work and dedication, they can do it to. Good luck Gurdians!!!

I’m only 100% against sbmm in all games because rewards/progression is the same for everybody. If sbmm was coupled with tiered progression then I’d be totally fine with sbmm as would most anti-sbmm players (stat farmers are in their own sub group).

Agreed but pro sbmm people don’t see it that way.

8 RepliesI don't believe you're consistently playing people with twice your k/d. If you are, it indicates a need for tighter SBMM, so that you match people in your proper skill bracket. Also, Lobby Balancing should ensure that the better players get evenly distributed amongst both teams. If you're playing a good team, you can be assured that your team will also be good. If you're the worst player in the lobby, you should end up with some good teammates to compensate. Practically every weapon in the game is meta when used correctly. Especially in 6v6 modes. Complaining about "the meta" isn't valid in this sandbox. The subclass meta isn't balanced, but it's not so bad as to prevent you from trying something new.

1 ReplyGet over it, this game is not that serious and stats means nothing, so either get better or move on to ANOTHER SBMM GAME.

1 ReplyNeither bungie or the majority of these forums are gonna agree with you dude. Bungie refuses to use logic and the majority of these forums are filled with bots who can’t think for themselves, and resort to cliches and ignorant comments.

1 ReplyEdited by JazzyPaladin477: 11/27/2022 6:57:15 PMStop playing like a try hard. Accept losses when you are playing off meta. Let your meaningless kd drop to where is should be for the load outs you actually want to use. profit and have fun in the right lobbies.
