Please stop requiring Master Challenges for Raid seals
Gild it with Master Challenges instead. Access for more basic players, shiny for the stronger ones.

Bungie just want you to play more hours beating down on the same champions and raids each week. It’s their only way of increasing playtime.

Maybe if not enough people earn the title. If there's plenty earning the title with the master challenges, then it's probably ok. Not everyone is meant to earn everything.
