Be Honest About Greed.
Hey, Bungie... stop charging for content that a normal game would give out within a year.
Spent .. what $60 on The original Destiny 2 release? Full game, tons of stuff.
Spent... ~$90 on an Update this year, all the "seasonal" events with reskinned events attached, for a fraction of the content of a full game... something that would have been put out after a few years, now you're making 150% on it from returning players year over year. So.
What's up?
Are you paying employees (Not including upper management).... carry the 2.... ~250% their normal income from the launch of D2? It's a LOT of money.
Where's it going? Why is the content EXPONENTIALY more expensive now than it was?

Why is the content EXPONENTIALY more expensive now than it was?[/quote] In addition to payroll costs, there are also permit and license costs, cost of office space and office overhead, furniture, equipment and maintenance costs, employee benefits, insurance (business, disability, liability, worker's compensation, vehicle, etc), legal and accounting costs, taxes, advertising and marketing costs, technological expenses and maintenance costs, office supplies, utilities, product development costs, employee expenses, trademarking fees, emergency funds, etc. In addition to their recently expanded Bellvue headquarters, Bungie is opening an international office in Amsterdam this year. So yeah... there's plenty of places where our money can be going.

Maybe they have more staff? Employees that have been around for the last five years don’t deserve pay increases? Have you gotten pay increases with your employer the past five years? You know they need money up front to create new stuff right? You know how this industry works right? They need a good three years of development to create something completely new. Possibly even longer for Destiny franchise. So they decided to keep this version D2 going until they get their next IP out. Extra money earned is going to development. Extra money earned is being shared by the big wigs. CEO,CFO, Board. Legal, marketing, multiple offices, international teams, recruiting new developers/programmers. Art team. Lore team. Multi-faceted media team.(they talked about other avenues, other then the game)ie tv shows/movies. All this and I probably did not catch everything and everyone that gets paid from a measly $90 expansion. Yeah sounds very cheap to run a big business. I mean they could pay their employees USD minimum wages, how happy would those employees be? What would their turnover be and how hard would it be to develop something if people kept quitting every two months because of low pay?
