What they can do is be given enough time and other resources by management to test and fix problems like these before they're released into the wild.

You would think that you would own all the required OS versions that you claim to support, then you can easily test each one. If somehow your win7 test pc got into the game despite the problems we're having, maybe let us know what is different with yours.
