Xenology quest
Debating on quitting Destiny if I can’t get any exotics from the monument in the tower. Xur hasn’t offered the quest in over a month. I’ve tried everything. I don’t have a cipher, non of my characters has the quest, and I’ve checked the archives with all characters. It’s nowhere to be found.

Hey, If Xur doesn't have Xenology for a character, then it's likely that character has abandoned the quest in the past. You need to complete that abandoned quest before Xur will give you another. Unfortunately, Xenology is currently not appearing in the Quest Archive, so the only way to complete it is by picking it up and completing it with a different character. If you are unable to pick it up with any of your characters, then your best option is to wait for Bungie to change the quest so that it can be retrieved from the kiosk.
