Outbreak Perfected is a pulse rifle that is 450 rpm. so basically it’s still underperforming in pve. what i think could fix this pulse rifle is:
-increase Nanite damage by a moderate percentage
-buff all Rapid Fire Frame pulses damage
-increase Aim Assist by a small percentage
-MAYBE increase stability
-make the catalyst available for players
that’s it bye
EDIT: keep in mind this is ONLY in PvE and not in pvp except for the AA increase, #3.

1 ReplyIt’s by far one of the better exotic primaries. Better to focus on ones that actually blow, like jade rabbit
-
2 RepliesHow do I get the catalyst now?
-
5 RepliesChange outlaw to rapid hit, that’s all it really needs.
-
4 RepliesOutbreak is amazing dude, have you even used it? It's amazing ad clear, reliable major put down, and gets better when more people use it. Outbreak is fantastic.
-
2 RepliesLet me guess, they nerfed it to oblivion

12 RepliesGive ALL pulses and scouts full auto by default

1 ReplyIt’s stability is broken good. Compare it to bad juju which has more stability on paper by a lot. You’ll see how good outbreak is. But the archetype is lacking in PvE damage. Although I’d say outbreak with catalyst is even the best in that department too. It’s the only primary in Destiny history I can recall that was once raid dps meta. It’s definitely not the most lacking exotic IMO. Although wouldn’t say no to a buff.

1 ReplyI agree, is not a perfected weapon. Bungie always nerfing weapons, and promoting players to play with other types of weapons. Just keep it simple. Make all weapons OP. That’s it.

450s are nearly non existent. The last 3 burst wast Chattering bone from Last Wish. The last 4 burst was Sacred Provenance from GoS. They are also the middle ground between 390s and 540s and its the worst archetype of the lot. I really wish they got a buff in both PvE and PvP

Idk , if me and my friend are both using it, it shreds pretty hard. Even solo it holds it out.

I miss the good old days when people was one phasing raid bosses with it Still one of the best guns Bungie ever made

1 ReplyIt’s fine in pvp. It only needs a damage buff in pve

9 RepliesThe best possible solution to all 450’s is to move them over to the 540 rpm archetype. Gridskipper is one the best pulse rifles in the game because of its high fire rate, ttk and movement when dueling other players. 450’s need to just be removed from the game, they have no range like aggressive pulse rifles like no time to explain and they dont have the ttk or forgiveness as the 540’s rpm. 450’s have the worse parts of the other 2 archetypes making them garbage tier on pve and pvp. Do you guys know how awesome bad juju and outbreak would be if they were 540’s?

Wasn't it a boss killer?
-
16 Replies-increase Aim Assist by a small percentage No. Everything else yes.
-
2 RepliesIt doesnt need a stability buff. Its the most stable pulse.
-
4 RepliesI mean, doesn't a full team of 6 using it still have DPS between special and power weapons? I think it's pretty damn close to perfect.
-
2 RepliesIsn't Zen Moment a hidden perk on Outbreak? I could have sworn it was.

1 ReplyEdited by Brothers-Four: 7/6/2021 7:50:32 PMGarbo. It was my favorite gun in D1 till they destroyed the stability. In D2 it was good when it came out. But the dps fall off the burst is horrible. The nanites do pretty good. But the base dps is HORRIBLE compared to other purple pulses. Edit: it doesn’t do, even with the nanites, as much as a special. So it places it in a weird spot. Only good in a boss battle. Minors it serves no purpose halve the time. Majors it works. But it’s slow dps. Any other primary can out dps it on minors when it’s supposed to be an add clearing gun.

2 RepliesIt sucks, the catalyst really takes the weapon up a notch.

6 RepliesOutbreak us a 450 pulse, not a 540
