Some random steam account is cross saved on my Bungie Account
As the screenshot shows, the steam account is not mine. Now that I bought a pc, I would like to try D2 on it, but the random account is blocking me. To remove it, I would need the steam ID and password, which I obviously do not have. I can verify the PSN account as mine, same with my Steam account, which is also named M_R_Lizak. If there is anything I can do to fix this other than start over on pc, I would really appreciate it. Around 1500 hours into this account and I want to protect that.

3 RepliesHello. In order to deactivate cross save, all accounts must be authenticated. You’ll need to contact Steam support to help gain access to that account. If that’s not possible successful, cross save cannot be deactivated.
