Hi there. The wording is misleading, because at the time the triumph was introduced there were no seasonal badges. The triumph does not count seasonal badges, which begin with "Season of ____". You need to complete any of the other badges: destinations, Annual Pass DLCs, Gambit, etc.

Okay, but it still says 0/17 though. There's only 17 badges there, SoA being one of them.

I'm not sure why it says 0/17 for you. You may need to log out and log back in or clear your cache/verify the integrity of game files for it to display correctly. If it is a bug, it still doesn't change the requirements for the triumph.
