Tier 1&2 blind well can drop the emblem. I did TONS of tier 3's and never had it drop over the years- read online about tier 1&2 dropping it and it then dropped for me after doing around 5 of each.
Also for this weeks challenge make sure you carry the sword all the way to the portal in order to spawn the chest!
