Cannot load into any activity blacked out stuck at 0 light in orbit (Xbox)
I have cross save this might be affecting it one account works but the other does not help

1 ReplyIt is a clan issue. Started clan on Xbox and picked up on ps4. Having the issue on the ps4. Left clam on PS4 and now able to play. Works!

18 RepliesMy cross save ps4 account and old Xbox account were apart of the same clan. I kicked my Xbox account and it worked. I can now play my cross save account on xbox.

Wait for loading into orbit 4. Select a character on the PS4 5. Enjoy Unfortunately, you have to do this every time after leaving the game

I was finally able to fix it for me. Looks like it's a clan issue. For anyone else with this issue, check if you have an old inactive account from before cross save that's in the same clan. I dropped them from the clan and it loaded up working again. I tried just dropping my clan first on the main account and that works too but that makes you miss out on clan engrams.

Same thin happening to me no ship light lvl is 0. So mad just wanting to play new season.

I went on old console and used characters on that plus booted old console profile from clan and it worked

2 RepliesHAving the same problem. Works fine on PC (where I first played Season of Arrival) and when I play on PS4 it just shows me as light lvl 0 and black emblem. I also can't load into anything. It's been 24 hours now since the first try and nothing. I did do the intro quest on my Warlock first on PC. Afterwards I atempted it on my Titan on PS4, which is when the issues started. No idea if this information helps. Only thing I haven't tried is disabling and re-enabling cross save, but that would take a long time (plus I can't disable it because I purchased silver for the season pass on steam).

2 RepliesI couldn’t either and had the same issue. I have cross saved enabled so I updated D2 on my PS and I could log in there. Went back to my Xbox and fired D2 up and the issue was fixed. I would say if you have cross save enabled make sure you update D2 on both systems then try. Who knows. Good luck!

I have the same problem. Lvl 0 and no ship on ps4. I can't do anything. I have cross play Ps4 - Stadia. Yesterday it was the same. If someone finds a solution, please reply.

Yea I really want them to fix this because my whole clan is on Xbox so I can’t really play with anyone and you can only play on the account the characters originated on only works on steam which is where they were started:(
