If you are on a 2 month restriction, then that means you already had a 2 week restriction previously. While you may not be able to upgrade your connection, due to financial reasons, or a simple lack of sufficient service in your area, that does not change the negative impact that your connection has on other players. If you are unable to sufficiently improve your network stability, then I would highly suggest that you refrain from playing any type of PvP in Destiny, once your current restriction has lapsed. Regardless of the reason why your connection is poor, if it is impacting the game experience for other players, Bungie will permanently restrict you from PvP activities. It is unfair to the players you are matched with, when your unstable network impacts their ability to play the game properly. Nobody wants to face players that rubber band, or teleport around the map, taking no damage. As part of the terms of use for Destiny, a sufficient internet connection is required. Your current two month restriction will not be shortened, or removed. Bungie staff have the records of your connection to the game, and deemed it so poor that a restriction was warranted. They do not overturn these decisions.

Stop playing pvp and Gambit Or continue to play with sub par connection and risk getting a permanent Restriction from PvP.
