Skyburner's Oath: will it be good?
Scout rifles are getting a buff for Shadowkeep. Maybe this weapon will be useful.
Thoughts?

Its already good you just need the catalyst to see it. Great for gambit especially scouts are gonna suddenly become a thing but only because some stuff got toned down and they needed to be toned down.
