my feelings exactly. I'm going to play only the free content bungie releases, no more money from me for bungie. it's just the same cycle repeating itself over and over since d1. literally nothing has changed in 5 years on this game, we actually have less now than wet did at the end of d1.

Incorrect, game has changed a bunch. Simply a false statement to say that it hasn't. That said, why would you want the game to radically change? Why would you not want "more Destiny"? I mean thats basically what Borderlands 3 is, more Borderlands with slightly better mechanics, gunplay, graphics and the usual upgrades that come with better technology. If youre not looking to play Destiny... might I suggest finding another game?

What happens if it releases and people love it? You sticking to your guns and saying no more? I doubt it.

yeah, because I can care less what others think and do what I please, always. I'll keep an eye on it, watching vids and such, but I have been in the game for a while and I'll know if it's good with my own eyes.

Edited by Dredgen Truth: 9/5/2019 2:31:44 AMYou know what, yeah. You're right. I do think we have less now then we did at the end of d1. HOWEVER, that doesn't really work because we're still technically in year 2 for d2. By the end of year 3 we are going to have a pretty good amount of stuff.

I'm not fully hopeless on the situation, and I do hope you are correct, I am still a fan of destiny after all and I don't want it to fail. it's just my confidence in bungie is at an all time low right now, and has been for a few months. the fact that bungie keeps putting out content but they have not fixed problems with the base game since d1, like, why do my scatter nades keep bouncing? small gripe, but it's a good example of something that has been broken for 5 years, and no fix yet. I'll shut up now 😎

I do think that bungie definitely needs to focus on fixing some long time problems, but realistically that hasn't happened for a while simply because bungie was hard pressed on putting out content with the annual pass, in which they realistically bit off more than they could chew, and they only had a few things they could stick to while making sure that they were getting new content out there. Of course we had the occasional balance patches and bug fixes, but for the longest time things like the crucible (in which the meta has been stale for a very long time) went unchanged simply because they were focusing on getting new stuff out there. It's the price we pay for not having content droughts I suppose.
