I just bought Destiny 2: Forsaken - Complete Collection on PC for Cross save but didnt receive any Silver or the Character boost.
Already opend a ticket at Blizzard but they send me here.

3 RepliesDo you have your PC account set up as your cross-save? Licenses and applied bonuses because of those licenses are applied to the platform account itself, so if you don't have your PC characters set up as your main cross-save characters, then your stored PC characters now have Silver and a Character Boost waiting on them should you ever disable cross-save and use those characters.

Your PC purchase of Forsaken would include a boost usable on your PC account, not your Playstation account. And there is no version of Destiny that I'm aware of that includes silver as a bonus. Looking at the Blizzard store page at https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/destiny2-forsaken-complete-collection I do not see it listing Silver as a bonus included in your purchase.
