Hey Bungie. I think a good tool for feedback between the developers and gamers is to conduct surveys like we have on the forums and social media. Surveys should also be implemented in Game as well. I see some people talk about how the developers change things that nobody asked for so it would be much nicer to ask the players what they think before something major changes in the game. Thanks
