Has destiny 2 been glitchy for anyone else..
Ive been having a lot of issues lately connecting to destiny 2 servers, disconnecting from lobbys, invisble players, black screens, and long loading screens any else experiencing these issues?

3 RepliesIt spreading to humans too .... I got Bungieislameiidas 8 months ago and haven’t been able to bring myself to login . I get these sharp pains when I see the icon in my dashboard , them my stomach starts to gurgle and then I have an uncontrollable urge to barf . It was right after I got the season pass and realized Bungie was a diseased entity with no talent and useless writers .

Crucible bug. As if it couldn’t get worse its now more likely to be against a 4 stack with you and two other guys and one guy that doesn’t load in.

Yeah being goofy for me too. Loading screens that never end. Black screens when it shouldn't. All stared after last update. Sadness.

I had invisible weapons in crucible... Can shoot, but weapon not displayed...so no scope.... It was challenging

Yes. Just finished a crucible match with invisible players part way through. I was using wavesplitter as my energy and couldn't see the laser beam, so that was cool...now trying to go back to orbit and it's been loading for about 5 mins

Totally, PvP it's a nightmare (more than usual) with invisible players, and as far as I can see, they do see me cuz they kill me immediately, and I am having a hard time trying to see them. It's just not right, also the other issues but the most annoying at least for me it's the invisible players in crucible in the middle of a match.

The last couple of days (Friday, Saturday) I got "contacting Destiny servers" twice. I haven't seen that in over a year. Friday I couldn't log in for a good hour. I was still on the PSN network and able to do other things on my PS4 online, but Destiny wasn't letting me connect. The only thing I've noticed in-game is Tuesday and Wednesday my bounties would take a minute or two to update when I finished them. It seemed more stable on that front Friday and Saturday.

Actually yes. I’ve gotten kicked multiple times while loading into crucible matches for no reason, my network is fine. I’ve also had multiple matches where everybody is invisible and not loaded in

Edited by stan-117: 7/14/2019 9:29:58 PMgetting spectator mode is comp, and then kicked to a black screen, have to close and restart again where i get a message saying i quit a comp match,,, so i lose points and a warning all because the servers are acting up, this needs a fix asap edit 3 matches in a row that me or my friend got screwed

Yep me too. Mostly in Competitive Crucible, but it makes going for crucible pinnacle weapons a pain in the ass to get. I’ve quit altogether at this point until it’s fixed. I’ve played more halo than destiny for one of the first times in my life.

Everything is loading extremely slowly, every crucible match glitches without fail. Invis weapons cant see reticle. to being kicked into spectator mode.

Playing on PS4 pro, hard wired to fibre optic router. I have played mainly gambit, mayhem, quickplay, strikes and nightfall strikes this week. My gameplay has been relatively normal, only the occasional long loading screen loading into mayhem, everything else appeared normal. Not sure if this can help, but that's some info none the less.

So aggravating, I’ve been having issues since last week, can’t stand it , I hope they fix the server issue soon . Really kills progress when you are grinding .

Today I even had a fireteam error twice when I was playing [b]completely solo[/b]. I shot a whole magazine of a grenade launcher on a boss and ALL grenades just passed through him. I guess their potato servers need an urgent upgrade. I was playing on XB1.

Wow and I thought it was just me! I came here to vent, and I see about 10,000 people beat me to it... and they've managed to list everything I've been having issues with too. The lack of attention by Bungie is very disappointing... the lack of quality control, the lack of responsiveness when there are issues, etc. I thought Activision leaving would actually be a good thing; it may not be. I'll be holding off getting Shadowkeep to wait and see if things get any better.

Ever since the new season started. I've been getting contacting destiny servers daily.

We’re investigating various connection issues that players are experiencing, including: players receiving suspensions after going to Orbit, quests not recording progress, players losing points in Competitive, players being kicked from activities, and more. They just posted this tweet. Basically everything is broken.
