Acro wandered the Astral Plane honing his powers for the battle he was to participate in with the alpha of the astral beasts, Creating and throwing balls of energy, projecting beams from his hands, harnessing the energy and bending it to his will. After a short time of practicing the Techniques Lee and Bop had taught him, Acro was confronted by the third and fourth astral beings.
Ronin and Nighthawk Materialized in front of Acro with somber expressions on their faces. "What's wrong?" Acro asked as he noticed the worry on their faces. "Take our hands," Ronin said, "This is something you must see yourself," Nighthawk added. The pair raised their hands to Acro and he took them. Acro fell into the abyss of their minds as he saw everything the pair had to show him.
A dark hallway, it was familiar but had a sinister undertone. It was Acro's hallway, the beings were showing Acro his lab. What happened next was an explosion strong enough to tear a hole in reality burst from a storage room. As Acro began to wonder why the beings were showing him this vision, it slipped out of the portal. An astral beast had entered his lab and ran down the charred hallway. Acro began to panic, the beasts were trying to make their way into the real world. Into his lab. there was so much at stake that wasn't before. His work, his machines, the Neko refugee camp, Rain his best assistant and a close friend Acro didn't want her blood on his hands, he had to stop this.
Acro was brought back from his thoughts when something horrible happened. Acro saw Rain turn the corner and approach the tear in reality. Acro watched her walk to the portal and reach to it only to end up turning and running from the scene when a beast's screech left the portal. The vision wasn't over though, Acro followed Rain until he saw her slip in a pool of blood and slam her head against the floor. Acro watched as she looked to her crimson stained hand and screamed, Acro watched one of his closest friends had a mental breakdown.
Acro felt deep despair watching helplessly as Rain screamed and cried her heart out but it got worse. The beast Acro watched leave the portal earlier turned the corner. Acro Couldn't even look away as the creature's pitch black form caught sight of Rain and began a charge at his friend. Acro couldn't close his eyes as the beast reached Rain. Acro was scarred as he watched the monstrosity tear Rain's body to pieces as she screamed for help that would never come.
After the beast left Acro stood there, broken and looking at Rain's mutilated head. Her once long silky and brilliantly white hair was now matted and stained red with her own blood. Her beautiful face rendered unrecognizable by the beast's claws. Once Acro gained control of his body again, he fell to his knees and sobbed...
