• Hi Josh. Appreciate your report. Have you installed the latest Destiny 2 update yet? You may need to do so. You may want to perform a scan and repair in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue. If that doesn't work, delete the following local cache/settings directories:

– %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC
More information:
*WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.

• Hey there, The "Server Unavailable" error indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some tips that might help you: If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Clearing your console cache or performing a Scan and Repair in the Battle.net app (If on PC) 2. Power cycling your internet router 3. Review Bungie’s guide on improving latency and packet loss to see if that might help 4. Following the Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. If issues persist, try the Advanced Steps Networking Guide for possible router solutions, such as enabling UPnP and IPV6.
