I think destiny players actually have to thank Activision, shocking I know but hear me out.
Activision had to bring in and dedicate High Moon studios to sorting D2 out, bungie were well behind on
[b]Vanilla D2,[/b] yet another reboot a year before release.
[b]CoO[/b] was months off schedule.
[b]Warmind[/b] wasn’t even started, high Moon did the bulk of development.
[b]Forsaken[/b] was going to miss release date by months, high Moon sorted it out.
So without Activision paying for high Moon to pick up and drag bungies arse along we would likely still be on Warmind schedule wise if left up to bungie. Not to mention we’d still have all the bugs and poorly implemented features to put up with.

And why were they behind ? Because activision kept forcing them to scrap everything mobths before launch just because they wanted to monetize the hell out of the game..... You cant sit here and defend activision dude.

Sorry but your very uninformed on this. Bungie have list of, well, every single project they’ve worked on, of making some batshit crazy decision of rebooting the whole project sometimes mere months before release. Only bungie make these decisions, alone. When Activision are bailing bungie out on development by having to bring in 2 whole studios too keep anything on track, that’s a huge problem and a money sink.

Im uninformed yet there are articles saying exactly what i did. Im uninformed yet activision forcing bungie to scrap everything 7 months before launch for d1 was in an article. Stated by former employees and activision were taken to court and fined by those employees. This is all common knowledge. Im uniformed yet everything im saying is 100% accurate to what we know.
