Or do we have to wait on the Last Word quest to make it official?

1 ReplyDid you see the stats of the last word? Lmao. It’s a 180 with worse range than Luna’s howl. No real amazing perk besides fanfire.
-
1 ReplyThe game right now is moving in the right direction. By all means, don't buy or play games you don't like.
-
1 ReplyJust missing trials, but otherwise it’s ok, ppl will always overreact 🍼

8 RepliesEdited by puppyk1sses: 1/11/2019 3:01:12 PMIt costs $11.67 That’s about the cost of a fast food meal. For what it costs, great value.
Or do we have to wait on the Last Word quest to make it official?
Everyone keeps quoting the data mined stats as truth. Lmao because data mined information about weapons is always right.

3 RepliesIt's just disappointing and veers on mediocrity. Awful? Trash? Crap? No, but it could've been a lot better, imo. Personally, the raid weapons should've all been unique, different from the Forge weapons. Armour could've been a little better designed; I personally find most of the Black Armory armour rather unappealing, unfortunately. Handful of QoL issues I can't be bothered to list. A couple of the weapons could've used better designs and not borrowed old models with shit thrown on them. Other than that it's fine. Not great, but not terrible. Solid, like, 6, if you mark 1 as unplayable, 5 as incredibly average, 10 as the epitome of ecstacy in game form. Or something, idk. Issue is that nothing really excited me with this. Last Word seems interesting, but not a fan of the 650 level requirement when the loot drops at several levels below my highest more times than not. Makes levelling really goddamn annoying. Will probably get there by the end of the month, but it's still not that fun.

35 RepliesLmao this forum is absolute trash. I haven't used it in over a year so I forgot how goddamn toxic it is. It's hilarious because over on Reddit, there's a post that's saying the exact opposite: how Black Armory is amazing. It just shows how shit this place is. Only stopped by cause of the news about Bungie leaving Activision. Ain't coming back to this shithole again.

It truly is stupid. Kill, Throw ball at metal thingy, repeat. An embarrassment to destiny.

Edited by Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 1/11/2019 1:39:05 PMWhen broken down, cost wise, it’s not. That’s not what I’m really concerned with though. As for actual content, I’m not that impressed with it. Not terrible, not amazing. Some launch issues for pieces of it, but no real story, sandbox additions, or major new areas. Aside from a new raid, it’s just a new vendor and the forges. Very little gear added. I’d honestly rather they stuck with the way they’ve done it in the past. I’d MUCH rather have gotten a story, with characters. Something that advanced the duty of guardians and the motivations of one of the antagonists. The one thing that has always suffered the most for this impractical gameplay model is the universe itself and its stories. Now even more so with this new DLC format. And yes, it IS DLC. It’s just packaged differently. Excluding Scourge, it’s pseudo “endgame” content, and not much else.

Agreed. The -blam!-in grind to get a frame then getting match made with no one is so frustrating. Seriously Bungie you dumb cunts, make me wait until three people are ready. Don’t PUT ME IN BY MYSELF!!!!!

Edited by ghostx78x: 1/11/2019 4:38:11 AMRNG has gotten way out of hand. This game went from a collector’s game to holy shit I did everything in the game 400 times and literally just dismantled everything and still have nothing. It’s complete shit now. Don’t get into Destiny if you are reading this and thinking about it. Try Anthem or Division 2 when they come out.

3 RepliesIf I was to compare this to the previous Dlc model, I would say this is better. My reasoning is that if this was the old model, I would have burnt through the content within a couple of weeks. So far there has always been stuff coming, stuff to look forward to. Granted it’s not perfect and could do with tweaks but overall, I think it’s a good base to build from.

4 RepliesToo early to say OP is hot garbage? Or do we wait for it’s next post?
-
5 RepliesYour hot garbage dude. You couldn't create a tree branch in this game. Dont judge those who do.

Apart from Niobe labs Black armoury has been pretty good in my opinion. New raid, activities, decent quests and awesome new exotics.
-
Well I don't agree so.
-
No, the fanboys will be offended.
-
Na man we still need 1 more Broken Handcannon, we already have a couple with more range than Pulse Rifles, now we need 1 that kills faster than Machine guns😏
-
Hey, guess what. It was RUSHED by Activision
-
As a pvp no-life, this PvE heavy expansion was the best $10 I've ever spent. We've gotten more content than dlc 1 or 2 and for half the price. The cool Easter eggs and references are enough on their own but then they throw in a mini raid and new weapons (that are actually good) and map spaces? I might be overvaluing this dlc but I -blam!-ing love it, and I typically avoid PvE at all costs.
-
5 RepliesNah. For less than the price of an 8th I have been enjoying myself.
And I get the good sh!t
-
2 RepliesI like it. The fact that we can farm for rolls is very nice. Now Bungie, give me the One Eye Mask.
-
You could’ve said it was garbage since the 1st forge. Since they boldly sacrificed the story element, there was supposed to gameplay content that went above and beyond anything they have ever done, yet we get this shit. Bungie are extremely incompetent con-artists and even Activision saw that and cut them loose. Activision being expert scammers themselves and probably knowing how crappy Bungie’s engine is, knew that their recycled/re-skinned, low-effort PAID content will only get them so far.

Oh hell yeah

1 ReplyEdited by CannyJack: 1/11/2019 1:46:39 AMI like elements of it quite a bit. The weapons are fun, and the forges themselves are properly bite-sized activities for farming weapons. The quests in between forges, and pants-on-head idea todo that puzzle—those are things that need work. But I’m happy enough with the core elements. In fact, the Last Word quest is the part I’m not looking forward to. When I saw that was coming, my reaction was “Oh. Okay.” TLW just fails to interest me at any level.
