Nerf shotguns
Crucible matches are so boring right now. Everybody just running around and oneshot everybody even in super. Nerf running with shotgun and the swtiching speed to it to the ground. Plz. Make crucible great again.

Posts/comments/insertalternativehere like this was how we got double primaries back in year one (not that I really had a problem with that setup, but it led to teamshooting becoming meta[spoiler]I'm tired so wording is tough[/spoiler]). Just walk backwards while staying out of range; as for the ones who camp around corners, well hope you didn't waste that grenade

1 ReplyThere’s two ways shotguns could be brought down a bit, mainly killing their ammo capacity (in PvP, where the effects would be felt but not cripple the player), and also bigger maps with mor e open areas that would discourage shotgun rushing

The real issue is the map design. They made maps which caters to close quarter engagements. They made COD style maps with Destiny powers. As you can see the results are lackluster...

2 RepliesRead your radar better, anticipate that the radar activity is a shotgunner and you'll do better. Don't fly around corners with a auto or something when your radar shows an enemy close around a corner. Stay out of shotgun sections of the map, like clustered tight areas. If you're in one, run and set yourself up for success. There is no shame in running away. The best players play defensively and aggressive at the same time. All boils down to reading your radar and visioning what's going on. You see your radar with a guy just staying put around a corner then it's most likely a shotgunner (a bad one) and don't run in there. If you don't run shottys then you have to set up your playstyle and loadout for success.

2 RepliesYou guys cant really read. Thats my problem! I equip a shotgun and i can run everybody face and left click and im invincible? Where is the skill in that? Most of my matches looks like: every fool equip shotgun and running around. Their movement speed is much higher than the enemy dps, so its a no risk tactic. Ez win so much git gud. Id say keep their damage, but when u equip it you can run with half speed and you can only do minor jumps. Thats it. So if u want to use it as a counter or one tap anybody, u have to play smart or if u want to hide behind corners, u wont get points to your team, because u are suck anyway...

5 Repliesthe only way to counter shotguns is to use a shotgun there is no other way to counter them. i actually hate shotguns and the only reason i have one now is so that i dont die at every close range encounter
