Saxophone

I downloaded D2 from the Battle.net app for free (for the anniversary) and when I try to connect I get the saxophone error. It tells me to restart the application from the Battle.net app, but when I do that, the same error appears. I don't know if I'm doing what I'm supposed to do to fix this error or it just shows up for any other reason. It may also be that the Blizzard servers are not available and I'm not aware (since this is another reason why this error may appear)
