Don't waste your money on this crap. This is another attempt for bng to rip us off. We SHOULD NOT have to pay real $ for cosmetics. These should all be attainable through in-game play via bounties, level up Engrams etc. We've already paid enough money buying the game.

1 ReplyIt's not a scam, BUT.... It is pretty shady of them to sell us the old emotes that we could earn through RNG in year one. It'd be nice if we could spend bright dust, but instead it's locked behind silver. RNG didn't favor you back then? Welp, sucks to be you! Gotta buy it if you want it now!

Bringing back old cosmetics should never have been a question but like everything else why can't it be earned by playing and spending bright dust which you can now also earn?

Well, I like the fact that you are paying for the specific thing you want, not some random chance to get it. Then you can decide whether it's worth it for you or not. If you must have micro transactions, IMHO this is the way to do it. I'm not paying ten bucks for an emote, but maybe someone is...

Then just don't buy it. I don't need year 1 emotes so why should I care? If someone wants the emotes then let them. What we should really mad about is that the whisper ornaments STILL REQUIRES SILVER!!! I hate the scope on normal whisper because of the wavy energy things. It's so distracting!

You guys are demonizing a company for offering an optional deal that would bring them in money. Hell no im not gonna buy anything from eververse and I never have but don’t complain when a company tries to make money and doesn’t affect you in any way, just don’t participate.

6 RepliesWow ur an ignorant person. The problem isnt that theres microtransactions. That's a good thing. The problem is that these are S1 and S2 eververse items that were in the game when it was absolute trash. Xp was being throttled and we were being forced to farm lost sectors and public events. Not for guns or armor, but for these very emotes. Eververse was the endgame. Now were being told to pay for some sort of reprised version that isnt even different.

To be honest, I think Destiny 2 is going to be tons of fun if it wasn't for Eververse and have all items drop as loots at the PvP, strikes, raids, or any other modes. I don't know about you but I'd grind a lot just to get a lot of sweet loots. Only we can dream...

It is okay to not buy them. If Bungie gives us some free content I have no qualms about giving them some notes of appreciation. But I don’t have to and neither do you.
