Teammates and banner shield
Why you no shoot through?!
But seriously. I love the banner shield but every time I use it my teammates run away from it or stop shooting.

Just use it as an opportunity to mess up your team, there’s a little bit of health left on the boss so you pop your shield and put it in front of the whole team to see if they know what it does, if not, the time expires and they fail the activity. I feel so evil mwahahaha!

I make a point to do it even if it's silly

I think you just need to only use banner shield in raids or nightfalls if you already are, then more team communication, or planning, or both that should work. But that is just my opinion.

This is incredibly true. I've come to the conclusion people don't know you can shoot through it.
