WTF is with the matchmaker
How is it that in comp a person at lvl 500 is matched with people at 2100 or above. On top of that the games are extremely uneven. Do you even try Bungie? This is the worst matchmaker in any game i have ever played. Then on top of that you put the best hc in the game in your broken game mode.

Nobody really knows exactly how their comp matchmaking works, because they haven't detailed it to the community, but if past games like Halo 2/3/Reach/Destiny 1 are any indicator, then if it's skill-based, it takes a few games to dial in playing with a team. Solo, you might have this random experience constantly. I only know that when I play with 3 other friends, it takes the game about 3 matches to dial in a proper match based on skill. Games are usually close after that for us. Solo, there might be too many variables to dial it in that fast, if at all. But like I said, nobody really knows how it works.
