Seen 36 final raid chests opened
A single Voices drop among them...
Also a Colony and Hallowfire Heart...
I do not enjoy this.
An aside: I've cleared this raid 5 times and people who've done it once have the gun. Could there be any system to mitigate this? Like, every time you kill Riven your chances go up?
Edit: lots of people talking about waiting for mythoclast or Crux in D1. Yeah, I was there. I know that was rng too. It was a bad system then. It's a bad system now. I much prefer the Touch of Malice and Outbreak Prime system of raid exotics.

One of my buddies has cleared each step of the raid 15 times now, not one exotic drop. I, myself, have cleared it just 4 times and not 1 exotic. Personally, I dont really care. They will fix it or people will leave. It's that simple

When it's a quest,the need to continue to play the raid isn't there, once the quest is finished. Random drop keeps you coming back,and if you do get it your more willing to continue playing ,for your friends to get

I have seen multiple, and one of them i got, which was nice. However you really dont want one until you are 600. Unfortunately it always drops at your exact light level, which seems utterly stupid given the fact it is not only from a powerful reward chest but also an exotic.

Rng dude that’s just how it is, it sucks at times no denying it can even make u want to quit a game, but for the most part the system works. Problem we play to much we play soooo much we EXPECT everything and that’s not the case it’s still rng no matter how long u play lol. Or at least that’s what I tell my self after grinding wardens law non stop and not getting it, then I hop on the other strike and get the pulse first try. -blam!-ing rng lol

Yeah, they could have made a really cool and unique exotic quest for One Thousand Voices. But, unfortunately, it's just an RNG drop.

1 ReplyThat’s why I wish the raid had the same system as the nightfall. The first time you beat it in the week, you get a powerful drop. Then you can go back in and grind for more gear drops that are low level. I hate the one and done aspect of the raid. Once you finish it on your characters you have no reason to go back in until reset.

1 Reply5 of my clan mates have it and I got to drop twice. Each of these times I picked a chest with a floating head. Look at the chest locations before you go up to vault. Look for a floating head.

I got the vex on my first hard mode clear. I haven’t done the last wish raid...but to be honest...I got sleeper.
