I see a lot of complaints here regarding how particularly "overpowered Titans are". Are you serious? I'm a Hunter main and I'm very appreciative that Titan's are making a comeback. Thank goodness, and more power to them. Those poor rascals literally get things ruined for them because people don't understand "tank" mechanics. Titan's are tanks. Hunters are assassins. Warlocks are support, or combat mages. Literally a MOBA or MMORPG. Make sense of your complaints and start appreciating variety.

4 RepliesTitans crying for no reason gave them this. It's more unbalanced than usual, hunters had their one good exotic nerfed and as usual, warlocks got NOTHING. Don't even talk about the new dawnblade super, that's not a PvP super. Bungie pandered to titan mains cause they cried. I played my titan for a long while cause it was so good and easy to get kills with without the use of any exotics. Then they had exotics buffed at the request of titan mains, that's fair. Then the expansion dropped and the good hunter exotic was wiped from existence while titans got not 1 but 3 god tier exotics that allow the game to practically win every gun fight for you. You can reflect supers, rockets, etc. You can get a full super form blocking 3 shots with your shield and you can get instant health, a damage buff and an overshield with 0 cooldowns. But yes, "don't ruin it for titans". Ok, then give warlocks and hunters the same treatment titans just got. Buff our exotics and make them actually good for starters. You say you're a hunter main and yet you defend the way bungie treated the classes? I don't buy it.

18 RepliesHa ha ha. Crytans cried about hunters since D1 beta. They continuously get hunters nerfed, and now you want to have us tolerate their bs, after all they have said and done for 4 years? I don’t think so.

Salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt and a hint of toxicity

6 RepliesTitans are anything but tanks. They are the class design to die over and over again and try to kill while trying. Essentially a shock trooper. Look at their kit. Shoulder charges, close to mid range grenades, melee oriented supers, buffs to improve chances of survival, exotics and perks that essentially only buff abilities, titan skating in Destiny 1. 50% of all of their exotics being for melee range. They are designed to hold a fort, or run in fighting and die trying. They don't play like the other classes and people do not like that. Shoulder charge: heavy rush ability, powerful but risky. Ballistic slam: another high risk high reward rush ability. Code of the juggernaut is all about punching things to death and to try and keep you doing it. The supers of -blam!-ing course. Fist of havoc: aoe melee super. Sentinel: hybrid super designed for heavy defensive capabilities. Sunbreaker, a heavy rush super with aoe splash damage but is only good in close to medium range due to arcing. Thundercrash: melee range aoe insta-death super. Burning maul: another -blam!-ing melee super. Bubble: another melee range limited defensive super. Banner shield, defensive support designed mostly around keeping your abilities up and sustain. Hammer throw: has tracking, hits like a truck, can regenerate health on pick up, stacks damage. -blam!-ing explosions for days. To summarize, titans are considered op because this game heavily favors more aggressive gameplay AND THAT'S EVERYTHING THAT TITANS ARE. They feel so powerful because being aggressive is so very powerful, but it's not like their aggressive nature is one sided. Shotguns, fusions, auto rifles, smgs, side arms, snipers...basically anything that can DESTROY you before you get to them can completely negate what they do. They have little to no variety among their playstyle, it's literally just run in and kill everything before you die, and people don't like that because the other two classes are so different. The new exotics are certainly insanely powerful, but like their supers, they aren't unbeatable. They can be countered with the right weapons and the right amount of distance, something titans so heavily lack that you have to take advantage of. Ursa furiosa, don't shoot them when they are blocking, that should be obvious as hell or destroy them with your own super so they don't get any energy. Supers don't recharge or effect ursa, so kill them quick and keep your distance. Eyed mask, the easiest bait and switch you will ever see. Most people running this will be taking advantage of how powerful it is at close range. Snipe them, burst them down with fusions, use that damn brain and destroy them. If they can't even get it started who cares how op it is? I've gone against one and short stopped them over and over, it's not hard. They get cocky when they have it going, kill them dead. Heart of inmost light: I don't know what to say about this. It's a powerful exotic, not really counterable, but is heavily fixated on what grenades you use to make it useful in crucible. Basically only stickies and pulses will be used with it. Keep up your resilience and you should be ok. Antaes ward: The most slippery exotic ever. Block damage with your slide, well block that with bullets before they get to you. If you let a titan get close to you, you would be dead anyways. As of the people using shotguns and sliding with it...i have no idea what to say about it. Add a cool down or require them to Sprint longer, I don't know. Sorry if you read this whole thing. Holy paragraphs bat man.

34 RepliesIs this PvP or PvE because Titans and by far the weakest PvE class. The new Gunslinger and Dawnblade subclasses are ridiculous in PvE, Tether and Nova Bomb are also still amazing. I haven’t tried out the new Sunbreaker yet but it looks pretty meh so far
-
Yeah I'm a Hunter main and it's nice Titans got a buff with their new supers. Granted most of them complained about it all year one but gotta give the kids something to please them 😂
-
I’ve never once heard Bungie state that those are the defined roles of each class. I’m not sure where you are getting this.
-
I’m with you. I’m also a hunter main. I’ve played Titan like twice lol. But it’s AWESOME to see titans having a place again. It’s really helping game balance
-
i am a hunter main and i am happy titans got some love. Today i was shouldercharged when in my poledancer super and was very surprised that it one shotted me. Given how dangerous it was to move against a super upfront, i salute this guy for taking the risk and being victorious
-
15 RepliesSo basically don't complain about titans when they bitched the whole year about hunters being op? Yeah no.
-
You may enter my bubble
-
You are a good hunter not a whiney bitch like some of your compadres that ruin it for the rest of you
-
Hunters will complain and get us nurfed then warlocks will complain and get hunters nurfed then titans will complain and so on and so forth
-
Im not having any issues with titans. Im a warlock main btw
-
Edited by SnakePayne86: 9/12/2018 2:36:03 PMI played hella pvp last night and I didn’t notice anything op, just a bunch of arcstriders trying hard. Like whole teams of them trying their hardest.
-
as a hunter main i dont have a problem with titans. people cry about shoulder charge meanwhile you can jump over them easily and shoulder charge whiffs alot
-
Edited by H1vac: 9/13/2018 7:32:08 PMI completely understand “tank” mechanics. Tank mechanics=get in the enemies face and punch the crap out of them; get in front of your allies block the damage and then eventually die.
-
7 RepliesBest supers, best grenades. One hit melee. Best exotics. One in particular gives you an overshield and full health AND extra damage AND tracks targets. Yeah balanced. Let’s go with that
-
1 ReplyTitans a weak because there leader is a weenie . I blame him .
-
2 RepliesTitans are tanks? Where? Titans have literally made warlocks pointless, if titans were meant to be tanks then why do they have so many cool down exotics and perks? I thought cool downs were meant for warlocks since they are supposed to be the mage class. Hunters cant even act as assassins
-
Thank you- titan who is concerned he can’t be the teams shield when little bichez are complaining
-
3 RepliesBunch of scrubs crying in here, or you can just #GitGudSkrub #GitRektScrub
-
3 RepliesWoah woah woah. Insurmountable skullfort is great but it’s very easy to use for the amount of reward you get from using it. Worm husk should come back to how it originally was, karnstein should heal you completely. But One eyed mask shouldn’t give you an over shield.
-
2 RepliesHow about we solve the base problem and just ban OP from the game?
-
4 RepliesAs a hunter main myself, the only complain I have is that the equal shift isn’t equal, Ok ready? Hunters -get a version of shoulder charge that doesn’t even one shot Titans -get a version of throwing knife that one shots and can be thrown infinitely
-
1 ReplyI think titans need to be worked on I seen them rock 10 resilience and moving fast as hell with a shotgun wtf how is that not op?!
