Taking the grind nice and slow!
No need to rush! I’m going to enjoy my time and the grind at my own pace. That way I’ll still have things to do and discover while the people who rushed sit and complain about content!

I won't be rushing D2, mostly because the Battlefield V open beta is also on this week and my friends and I are putting some time into that. Then Spiderman comes out tomorrow and I'll want to at least take that for a spin before getting back on the D2 grind.

I ended up accidentally rushing the grind due to high grade gear dropping all the time. But hey I preserved all of the content aside from that

I did want to take it slow and not fly through the content but these so much to do I gave in and just got the story finished. The is now loads to do with milestones plus all the daily bounties exotic quests maxing out a character. Love it!

2 RepliesI thought I was taking my time, then I realized I was already level 50 and 500 power before I even finished killing the barons. I'm not even being sarcastic, I genuinely thought I was taking my time and just chilling lol.

10 RepliesThe whole “don’t rush it, take your time” argument is stupid. What do you want me to do? Once I hit the three hour mark I just say “whelp guys, have to hop off so I can make the most out of this DLC. I’ll be back for another three hours next week!” Dude, what? I’ll play that shit all day, all night, when I have time off, etc.

Games use to be just fun on their own merits and get you to come back based only on that. Now they take full advantage of that lizard part of your brain that feels good when it gets a blast of dopamine and it sucks.

1 ReplyI never rush to reach max or endgame stuff at all. It makes me off balance since I'm mostly a slow type of player. Sometimes being fast has its downsides. ;P

9 RepliesI’m going nice and slow. Destiny is not a game you plow through. This expansion is supposed to last us a good 3-6 months and people are already passed soft cap ON THE FIRST DAY. Y’all best not complain when you have nothing to do and talk shite about content.
