Destiny 2: Forsaken Launch Trailer
Cayde-6 has paid the ultimate price. Now, the hunt is on for the man responsible, Uldren Sov. Avenge Cayde in Destiny’s most transformative experience yet, and track down Uldren and his Barons. It will take every Titan, Warlock, and Hunter to storm the Reef and put Uldren in the ground.
The adventure to avenge Cayde begins on September 4.

9 RepliesI'm confused. I just purchased the Warmind dlc 2 days ago, after some months of not playing Destiny and will also get the Forsaken DLC. Just watched a YouTube video of some guy talking about the changes that are coming. Was grinding for Solstice of Heroes thingies, but when I booted up yesterday, that was gone? And I'm not sure what to do now. Should I try to get to a certain light level before starting with Forsaken?. It still worth grindig for exotics and stuff? Or is it better to wait until launch of Forsaken? I'm so out of touch with how things work in Destiny, so I hope someone can advise me here.

2 RepliesSeen this alot lately, but just a reminder a season pass is not a free dlc pass that last forever. It last for that season's length which is determined by bungie. If you bought the season pass you got your worth with two dlcs year 1 and saved 5 dollars congrats. You are not entitled to a free forsaken dlc in year 2 because your season pass does not apply there. Have a nice day.

So from the weekly update, I am most interested in the level requirements and infusion. We know that. 401 armor or weapon takes level 35. So will our gear over 385 be usable?

It is getting rediculous or at least reduce the time they get. I am getting tired of getting -blam!-ing run down by mach 7 titans and warlock WHILE MY -blam!-ING MOBILE HUNTER CLASS IS SLOW AS A -blam!-ING EBIKE YOU -blam!-ING MORON GODDAMN. I die, respawn, and die by the same -blam!-ing super when i spawned across the map. Slow those -blam!-ers down, they move too -blam!-ing fast

28 RepliesWow, Ikora calling someone a coward.... talk about the pot calling the kettle black. The writing team just keeps showing their ineptitude by constantly changing how their characters behave. Zero consistancy across the board. First, she's a wise and rational leader. Then she's a coward who runs away and hides because she's afraid of dying. Now she's a hot headed "warrior" calling people cowards and trying to charge off to battle. The writing team can't decide what kind of disposition their characters have. It's so random you can't even call it a "character arc," they're just making it up as they go. Not to mention Zavala just let's someone call him a coward.

11 RepliesHaven't played destiny in a long while so I have none of the DLC, can I/should I buy forsaken? Will it be a waste of time and have some content blocked because I dont have previous dlc's? Also please dont respond if there's no real criticism and it's just the unoriginal "dont buy forsaken because destiny sucks blah blah" (I dont care about that thank you)

So coming into this update I was very against the weapon slot changes when it comes to crucible but I just played a few rounds and I love it. Special ammo easy to get but it's not over the top and power ammo drop rates are much better right now. Overall enjoying this update and I'm very excited for next week.
