Okay so I decided to give in and get the Iron Lord emote. I bought the silver,but it didn't get added to my account. I waited about 10 minutes to see if it would update.
Nothing.
I checked my back and the money WAS withdrawn so a purchase of silver WAS made.
I went back to Eververse and tried again. Once again, I purchased it, the money went through, but the silver never came.
I am GENUINELY pissed off. You've actually just robbed me and I'm LIVID.
I always though Tess was actually evil. Now I can confirm it.
F U C K you, Bungie. Give me my damn money back.

To clarify, there was 48 hours between purchases and 24 hours later, this post went up after contacting Sony AND Bungie.

I work in a bank and I can guarantee this is an extremely common issue and has nothing whatsoever to do with robbery. In fact, there's a strong chance that the error occurred with the merchant servicer and not even Bungie themselves. Here's how to fix it 1) call Bungie. They will 100% assist you. You'll have to provide them with some information but it will not be even remotely a problem. 2) if you have troubles, file a reg E dispute with your card carrier. Step 3) it's ok if you're an idiot, but considering that you are, don't post on the forums. Just shut your mouth, or receive an education... one or the other

FYI. Help is utterly useless. They will have you fill out a “missing silver” form, send you a generic email “we received your form and will look into it”..... and then nothing. You will forever be ignored. Check my status. I’ve been waiting on their “investigation” for almost 2 years 😂😂. Contact Microsoft/PlayStation and get your refund. Never buy silver again because it will forever be glitched for you.
