Light/Power needs to mean something again.

Like in D1, if you were a Light/Power level of 400 and did an activity that 300, you would blow thru that in no time. A Friend revealed to me that if you are max Light/Power of 400 and you do an activity that is 300, you are actually scaled down to 300 damage and defense. No wonder why we don’t feel as powerful as we did in D1 in D2. Bungie needs to make Power meaningful again.

 • You don't scale down, the advantage simply caps at a point. It's always been this way. If it didn't then old content would cease to present any challenge or interest. It's being underleveled where the difference occur.

 • That's how it worked in D1..... it doesn't get scaled down to exactly 300 it's more like 340-350. Prestige raid however sets you at 305 no matter what (so it's always challenging because it's the -blam!-ing prestige raid)
