I think a bigger question to answer is, once Forsaken drops, will weapons from vanilla, CoO and Warmind continue to drop with fixed rolls or will they also be subject to the new weapon randomisation .

They did? I must’ve missed that. They specifically said that weapons in the current loot pool will drop with random rolls after Forsaken releases?

yep its in the Vidoc. "every single weapon will feel different when it drops"

It would only make sense that after the update all others will be random.
