Year One Destiny 2 Gear Carrying Forward Into Forsaken
Forsaken players will be able to take all their favorite year 1 weapons and armor and bring them up to the new power cap. Forsaken is required to obtain new power.

2 RepliesJust found out another reason why they are allowing you to take your weapons behind the next paywall. Year 1 weapons can't be put into any slot. Only new weapons can use the new slot system.

12 RepliesSo the random rolls and new weapon slot system and new mod system is a free base game update BUT to use it you must by the DLC otherwise your stuck with the current system as all the new weapons and armour is locked to the forsaken dlc..... that will bring old players back and keep them....

6 RepliesThere very carefully wording this . And I’m guessing here the old guns will not be affected by the randomizing of the rolls. You can bring your gear up but it will never be as good as the gear you get from the dlc . Just saying

Isn't the big question whether the old gear will also get random rolls and access to the new masterwork system? I know there are probably mixed feelings about this, but I don't see how the old stuff will be interesting without these changes as well?

2 RepliesWhat's the incentive to play the game a couple of weeks prior to forsaken being released? With random rolls on the horizon it's best to save your time and wait for the release before you start grinding for a perfect better devils. Random rolls should be released as soon as its ready to be released. This will at least keep people playing the game prior to forsaken being released. Also will we lose the tokens and materials that we've earned?

A reward book to track it and items and gear to earn for reaching those levels not just attaining light.
