Because everyone is super pumped about some nightfall scoring and emblems lemme tell ya!
Another swing and a miss for Bungie.
They have pushed everything worth while back so far now this game will be completely dead by then. The core players may return for a short time but wont stay long, and why should they?

140 Repliesi'll list the features of this post if any actual destiny player is interested: 1. bandwagoning 2. overreacting 3. hating on D2 because it's the cool thing to do 4. claiming "D2 will be dead" after it has been claimed several times in the past 5. overall showing the mental capacity of a slightly above average goat also a message to the OP; you forgot the #satire tag, you might want to add that.

If everyone here hates the game so much why don’t you just stop playing?
-
It’s getting boring now
-
1 ReplyFear not, the EMBLEMS are here to rescue Destiny 2 from mediocrity!
-
17 RepliesNobody asked for this emblem debacle, why was development time even wasted on it?
-
I'm not sticking up for bungle but, (and this for ppl that still play) wouldn't you rather them push updates back and do them right or would you want more halfassed luke smith type updates. I'm all for bungle burning to the ground. They ruined my favorite franchise but just stfu veruca salts. No matter how much you candyasses bitch and cry on the forums its not going to make them release anything any faster.

Burn baby burn.

2 RepliesWho is stupid enough to return? You do realize people would have to buy the dlc in order to even play? Idk about others but I'm not stupid enough to put more money into this 60$ 2 month game rental. Bungie needs to be honest at the start letting everyone know it's a game with a monthly subscription instead of falsely advertising these garbage seasons. If the dlc is free people will come back, except for me, even if it's free I'm not returning.

Edited by name: 3/1/2018 11:00:20 AMno matter what they do , Destiny2 can only fail a this point they owed the Day1 release community a good game , this wasn't delivered, even if they make a great game from D2 later on (which I doubt tbh) this wont make the initial wrong right by any means because they already caused a bad experience to lots people who supported em with their money , I doubt many of these people are eagerly waiting for D2 to get its shit together just so they can come back and throw more money at the screen, these people are already elsewhere now and support other games that do their jobs better any fix will only benefit a minority at this point , while lots of people will remember D2 forever in its release state companies need to start making complete and polished games again, rather delay (or even cancel) than release a game that will destroy the reputation long term , when D2 BETA exposed all the bad design choices and people called it out , it should have been delayed at that very point and everything addressed , whats the point of the beta if you ignore the BETA feedback anways and release the same game people didn't like at BETA stage

Bungie are of course 'fixing' all of the superficial things that don't matter so much and leaving in all of the fundamentally broken, regressive elements like the dumbed-down skill tree, double primary system, etc.

why are y'all still here. Go play monster hunter world. The PvE portion of fortnite is lit too 👌🏻👌🏻

Bungie: This next update isn't going to be a huge game changer UPDATE one week later Forums: Bungo wtf?? This update isn't a huge game changer Bungie: https://goo.gl/images/rxzW17

Of course it was pushed back silly. Why releae desirable fixes before the next paywall?
-
3 RepliesAre you the leader of the core players association?? 🤣

I suppose this is more evidence of how Bungie is listening....or not...lol

2 Repliesthat's like, your opinion man.

7 RepliesMoving Nightfall weapons back to March 27th isn't super "long". Is it annoying? Yes, but I'd rather have a gun that's unique instead of another reskin.
-
Clearly that's what Bungie saw over Christmas - not "Remove Eververse", but MORE EMBLEMS! Let's all just relax though, they SAID they were listening... #twotokensandablue You can't make this stuff up folks...the jokes just write themselves...
Another swing and a miss for Bungie.
You do realize that this wasn't even a real swing, right? This was just a practice swing. It was never intended to bring players back alone. It was just a small fix that improved the game in a few minor ways. The first proper "swing" will come with season 3 in May.

I'll just stay over here by the fire watching D2 burn:)
-
*reads new update, goes back to MHW
-
5 RepliesYou really think strike scoring was going to bring people back lmfao I feel bad for your stupidity. The only thing bringing anyone back is the sandbox update next month.
-
It's funny that these Nightfall changes were somehow higher on their list of priorities to launch instead of something like Mods 2.0... I can't wait to see how they mess up the new PvP changes.
