Hey pumpkin its a game. A game. Wrap your mind around that. Say your right and it all goes down hill. Its a game it will affect no real world change. Know why? Because its a game.

Its a game that employs people, if Bungie doesn't pull their socks up, and it tanks, people will be out of work. Thats pretty real. You speak condescendingly to me because I'm arguing about a game, do you not realize that we're different sides of the same coin? If you believe its so meaningless and stupid to concern ones self with, why are you here discussing it and getting angry. Clearly you have some attachment to it as well, "Pumpkin".

No you got me all wrong pumpkin is a term of endearment. Im not upset I enjoy a good argument which is why were still conversing. Its a game and i enjoy it true, if it did go under though I would just find something else to occupy that time. Theres really no deep seeded connection because its a game Ive played hundreds of games. I realise it employs people, but really 1 game is gonna close the doors on bungie. Triple A companies put out crap all the time and keep on trucking. Nintendo was crap from the 64 to the switch and there still here. I realise also that Nintendo and bungie are not the same type of company but what is that 17 years of crap vs 1 game.

Ok, I'm gonna take that genuinely. But big companies have been shut down for very little. Just look at companies such as Pandemic, Visceral and THQ. One incident can be all it takes to owe your publisher tonnes of money, and from there it just spirals down hill. I don't hate on Bungie, Halo: Combat Evolved was the first game I ever owned, and was the only game I owned for a long time. I'm more so frustrated because of their disregard for their players, they used to end their games with heart felt tanks to their community. I really don't want to see another great company or franchise tank because they didn't listen. They're making good changes now, its just sad that they had to wait until they were on the brink of death to listen to us.

While I do see what your saying. I dont think thq, pandemic, or vesiral put out any game near the quality of halo or destiny. I played darksiders 1 and 2. They were ok nothing to brag about. I played dead space and it was fun but had no replay value, and in my opinion wasnt good enough to warrent buying sequels. Now as far as pandemic goes I've never played anything they put out. Now Im not saying Im an expert on games by anymeans. But my first game was the original mario bros. Ive been playing games for a long time and in my opinion destiny will make it through its 10yrs. It has solid back story and story that can be built on.and, the game play is solid. I feel like people want it to be a mmorpg instead of the FPLS with RPG elements that it is. But thats just my opinion.
